Brandy is shown taking a BOW and an Award of Merit (over BIS winners) at the 1997 Kuvasz Club of America's National Specialty. She finished her Championship 2 days later with her second 5 point major at the American Kuvasz Association's supported entry show. She is a multi-group placing bitch and one of the infamous Caffeine Kids from the Am/Int. CH. Ederra's Canis Major Arrakis and CH. Shambala West's Phaedra litter. Her hips are fair with OFA and rated good with GDC. Her elbows and patella are also clear with OFA. Her eyes are cleared and registered with GDC, her vWd is low normal and her throid tested clear. She finished 1998 as the #5 all breed Kuvasz and 1999 as the #7 all breed Kuvasz, both years she was only show very limited. She is co-owned with her breeder, Maria Arechaederra of Ederra Kuvasz. He's only 3 mo. old, but we're expecting good things from this pick of the litter. He was co-bred by Penny Johns and Maria Arechaederra. He is co-owned with Penny.
Yeah, she's not a Kuvasz, but we love her anyway. Mona is a wonderful girl, she's a Daughter of Ch. Borderfame Solid Rock who has sired group winners, group placers, BIS, and BISS winners and finished 2003 as the top producing sire in the breed. Her dam is Ch. Shoreland's Blue Bonnets. She was the pick of the litter so we are really expecting some great things from this little fireball. She will be starting her show career in the spring of 2007.
